Better than chips (okay most of the time)! Toss chickpeas in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, lime zest, and a squeeze of lime juice. Roast at 400f for 15-20 minutes until nice and golden. Top with a sprinkle of salt, extra zest, and another squeeze of lime!
Mix up your Cinco de Mayo celebration with some gorgeous margarita inspiration! There’s something so fun and festive about a pretty cocktail (even if it’s just virgin cocktails for me right now!) Make plump bun shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Simply brush with egg &[…]
Here’s a beautiful breakfast that’s perfect for a cozy weekend morning, Glazed Orange Blossom Rolls. These are lovely assemble-only buns that are pretty enough to serve for dessert, perhaps with a scoop of frosty vanilla ice cream. As with most my recipes, I love the opportunity for readers to make this their own / I[…]
I’m being conspired upon by the two young ones in my home, one human boy and one canine boy. They are a real-life Calvin and Hobbes duo with the goal in life to steal food while I’m photographing it. Good thing I think they’re both pretty cute. I keep a bit of pizza dough on[…]
A benefit of working with Edible San Luis Obispo Magazine is all the new recipes I get to try. This is how the Cabernet Gorgonzola Burger came into my life. How could these ingredients go wrong in one of humankind’s greatest creations, the BURGER. What made this extra mouth-watering is the Sriracha sauce and the[…]
